Happy brought 3 2.0’s to round out the 7.
Started with a mosey up to the top of the hill for some warmups exercises. YHC carried the 60# sandbag. SSHs, weedpickers, windmills, copperhead squats, Sun gods, and Michael Phelps warmed us up and we were ready to go!
The thang: 2 minutes of exercises at each station, making our way up the hill. Pax take turns carrying the sandbag while we mosey between stations.
Moseyed down to the police station, the farthest point, and did 2 minutes of merkins. Mosey to the next parking lot for 2 minutes of squats. Next station- 2 min Big bois. Next station – 2 min SSH. Long mosey all the way up the hill and finished that round with 1 min of burpees. Rinsed and repeated with Carolina Dry Docks/over head press, lunges, flutter kicks, and line hops. Moseyed back to the flag and closed out with 10 seconds of SSHs. Nice full body workout and around 1.95 miles.
Closed with a quick COT – “announced” that Happy E will be the quarter Q starting 10/1, and prayers for his mother in law. Always a good time leading the train with some really good dudes coming out!
