WARMUP: YHC found out its harder than he thought to set up a star of cones so Airbud got the PAX started with some SSH until YHC arrived for some fast Imperial Walkers and Weedpickers.
THE THANG: grab a coupon and mosey to a cone and a whiteboard. In honor of July 4 we’ve got 17 exercises and 76 reps of each. PAX were siked. One exercise per loop shaped in the most American of shapes: the star. 8 reps at the first 6 points of the star and 7 at the last 4. No one finished so maybe next year we’ll change it up with 76 exercises and 17 reps. Playlist was a big thumbs up to the USA and a big thumbs down to the UK.
