THE THANG: Partner up and grab a man sized tire. Flip the tire to the bus lanes, doing 5 decline merkins every 5 flips.
Once at the bus lanes flip tire to the next bus lane and do the number of reps of box jumps, decline merkins, dips, and toe touches. Up to 10, push the tire around the loop and back down to 1
