Intro:

5 HIMs came out this morning for YHC’s first Q back in the gloom since the foot injury. It was wet and the HIMs did not have a single complaint on getting on the ground! So lets Begin the week of Lively at the Crossroads!

Warm-o-Rama:

Mosied up to the front parking lot and proceed to square up (Alcoa hasn’t shown up yet)

Oh there is Alcoa pulling in lets go pick him up!

The Thang:

Picked up Alcoa in the main parking lot and get to the end of  the lot for some Ultimate 11s

At the end of the parking lot we did hand Release Merkins

Ran to the first stop sign (other end of lot) to do LBCs

Finished this up and we have about 15 minutes still to go and already hit about 2 mi

Partnered up and did the following

Wall sits

Donkey Kicks

Monkey Humpers

Copper Head Squats

Gorilla Humpers

Partnet 1 would run to the flag and back

Partner 2 would perform the exercise above until partner 1 returns going down the list.

Got through all of those just to have enough time to make it back to the flag!
