YHC could’ve led a St. Patty’s Day themed Q, but nope…..totally forgot. Anyway, here is what the PAX did instead.

Warm-Up:
Mosey
Side Straddle Hops
Imperial Walkers
Goofballs (did not count these correctly at all!)

The Thang:

-Part 1: Escalator of Pain (also known as keep getting warm in this cold air)
Start at 2 reps and increase by 2 each round.
KB Deadlifts
KB Goblet Squats
KB Reverse Lunges
KB Triple Threats
Run 100 yards after each round

-Part 2: The 100’s (3 burpees every 1.5 mins)
100 Benchpress
100 Bentover Rows
100 Thrusters

-Part 3: The Bell of Doom
Group circle.
One man in the middle does 10 reps of called exercise:
(we did kb swings for rd 1, push press for rd 2)
Everyone else holds plank variation.


COT: prayers were lifted for those with needs in the circle and for those we know outside of the circle

**Mumblechatter and coffeteria were on point. We only cut it off when we realized that we were frozen. Good, good morning.
