WARMUP: Loop around the lot, some back and shoulder warm ups.
THE THANG: Walls of Jericho 7reps of each exercise followed by the big lap. Skull Crushers, Man Makers, Curls and Squats with sand bags. BBS, Star Jumps and Box cutters without. I was the example of why you don’t fartsack. Typical workout that I can normally hit pretty hard hit back hard today.
MARY: Had time for a few minutes of mary. Mineky humpers, burpees, American hammer and some J-lo’s.
