6″ flutter kick 1 min., wide arm merkin 15, high plank 1 min.
burpee 5, Chuck Norris merkin 15, lil baby crun sled pull walches
copper head squats 40, overhead press coupon or sandbag 40, copper head merkin 15
(Alternate 50# sled pull walking backards 50 yards with incline, then reverse and pull sled foward back to start.
Mosey back to stations and continue stations.)
