It started with a run to warm us up.  Then a few warm up exercises.   Then right into the Thang:

  1. Legs (100 step ups and 50 wall jumps) while the partner runs a loop.
  2. Merkins (100 regular then 50Derkins) while the partner bear crawls.
  3. Abs (200 flutter kicks and 50 vups) while partner runs a loop.
  4. Dip (Dips and another thing for Triceps) then run a lap.
  5. Then some overhead presses, monkey humpers, and more.
