It started with a run to warm us up. Then a few warm up exercises. Then right into the Thang:
- Legs (100 step ups and 50 wall jumps) while the partner runs a loop.
- Merkins (100 regular then 50Derkins) while the partner bear crawls.
- Abs (200 flutter kicks and 50 vups) while partner runs a loop.
- Dip (Dips and another thing for Triceps) then run a lap.
- Then some overhead presses, monkey humpers, and more.
