WARMUP: none- we had places to go!
THE THANG: each pack was required to bring the aforementioned packing list which included a 40 pound driveway and a 40 pound sandbag. Four packs and four empty 5 gallon water barrels along with 50 pounds of ice and cooler we needed for this adventure.

The men carried all of our gear to the Woodstock creek under pass where we filled the watering cans and filled and 80 gallon ice bath.

Each packs experience two minutes of soaking, while the other packs performed various exercises.

Afterword we abandoned, the ice bath, collected our gear, and returned back to the amphitheater later than anticipated, but gains fully realized.
