Three brave souls – an unwavering turtlehead, a slightly hungover Koi, and a stiff Sega – banded together this cold morning to fight the elements.

The three amigos made their way to the top of Mt. Killamylunga for a stretcherous warmorama, concluding with 50 monkey humpers.

The three adventurers then descended down the backside of the mountain, where they began working on “21s” starting with 1 monkey humper at the bottom and 20 burpees at the stop sign half-way up the hill.

The three compadres worked for 45 straining minutes before finishing with a short COT.

Shout out to Koi for keeping me accountable for my dry period as well as my burpee form.
