WARMUP: perfect weed pickers followed by swinging our arms to loosen up.
THE THANG: partner up and one group runs down and up green hill while other group does exercise. 4 rounds, merkins, condor jumps, flutter kicks, burpees. All ran up the green hill 5x in total. Then mozy to pull up bars 10/20/30 of pull ups, flutter kicks, merkins. Mozy down gravel road and back. It was an honor to lead this elite swat team in perfect feels like 41 degrees weather plus Goose was there to keep me on my toes 😬
