The Thang: Billy Madison – Start with grade 1. Each exercise is done in sets of 12. For grade 1 you would just do 12 Squats then run a lap. Grade 2 is 12 squats, 12 monkey humpers and a lap. Grade three is 12 squats, 12 monkey humpers, 12 lunges. Work through all grades
