The Kodiak was locked up tighter than Fort Knox this morning, so had to go with plan C after the tennis courts and stadium were a no-go.

WARMUP: Weed pickers, hillbillies, good mornings, sun gods and Michael phelps

THE THANG: After trying to gain entry to the tennis courts and stadium to no avail, we moseyed to the front of the school for an escalating 4 corners around the big “rectangle”. Big boi sit ups, American Hammers, Lunges and LBCs.

Next was Bruce Lee with 10 reps of Big Bois, American Hammers, Leg lifts, LBCs, Heel touches, and Wheezy Jeffersons followed by a lap. Did a few rounds before moseying back to the flag for Box Cutters, Flutter Kicks and Merkins to finish things off.
