Started with a mosey to the corner and back to the pic nic shelter. Warm up of 10 side straddle hops, 10 weed pickers, sun gods, Michael Phelps, 10 imperial walkers.
Setup 4 stations at the knee walls of the shelter. Each station was a different exercise. Each man would be at a station with the 5th completing Bernie Sanders to the flag and mosey back. Upon return pax would rotate stations and continue exercise count at that location. Once the team reached a count of 500 on the exercise, a new one would start at that station.
Stations began with 1) Derkins, 2) Step Ups, 3) Big Boys, 4) Dips. Upon completion of each one they became 1) Lat pullovers (lay on the top of the wall and bring coupon over your head), 2) Squats, 3) Flutter Kicks (2 count), 4) Curls with coupon.
Totals for the morning for the team- 500 Derkins, 500 Step Ups, 500 Big Boys, 500 Dips, 500 Flutter Kicks, 500 Curls, 410 Lat Pullovers, 337 Squats, plus about 1.5 miles for each man.
COT- Blue cheese- VQ coming up, new AO on Tuesday next to Lassiter HS. Downward Dog- Code Yellow and family as they deal with sickness.
