THE THANG:
Inspired by a competition at burn boot camp this weekend form was the focus
– pair off

– Tabata timer of 40 seconds for 12 rounds- 6 each pax, the resting pax ensures form is correct and counts for any that don’t meet standard… penalties for those that don’t

– round 1- high knees followed by 40 merkins… sub out a burpee for every penalty, so in our case 8 burpees, 32 merkins

– round 2- mountain climbers followed by 40 squats, star jump penalties

– round 3- flutter kicks followed by LBCs, big boy penalties
