Well YHC forgot that we had switched the start time to 5:15 to accommodate Super Dave, so that sucked a little. But Super Dave and Rest Stop were super understanding. They worked out for 15 minutes without me. Then we started

 

The Thang:

Mosey to the football field.

Travel across the entire field suicide style. To the 10 yard line, back to the goal line, to the 20 yard line, back to the goal line, etc etc.

At each 10 yard line exercise!

10 BBS

20 Merkins

30 Squats

40 Flutter Kicks

50 SSH

40 Flutter Kicks

30 Squats

20 Merkins

10 BBS

And just to make it REALLY interesting, each time:

Bear crawl from the goal line to the 10.

Lunge walk from the 10 to the 20.

Duck walk from the 20 to the 30.

Shuffle from the 30 to the 40.

Face the other direction and shuffle from the 40 to the 50.

Repeat going down the mountain.

Naked Moleskin:

This beatdown is confusing on paper, easy once you figure it out, and incredibly tough to finish in 45 minutes. Props to Super Dave for pulling it off. He is a beast. I’m super grateful for Rest Stop for supporting me by picking up my slack. He is a quality dude.
