Upon leaving Sooories cave, he discovered rain, a ton of it.  His heart was filled.  After his 1 minute drive to the flag, he discovered two things, no rain, no flag.

Warm up- 1/2 mile run, and the normal warm-up stuff.

Mosey to the Hill, no not the small one, the big one, her sister, Burtha.
Sprint up the hill, mosey down, repeat 4 times.

Returned to the flag, total miles run, 2.

Muscles- 5/10/15 pull-ups, push-ups, squats until COT.

COT- Prayers, annoucement, and shade thrown at site Q’s for lack of flag and for the PAX who decided today was a rest day.

Sooorie will return, and we will run more hills so the PAX who missed out, won’t miss out.
