It’s May already and that means Merkins, Merkins, and more Merkins!
- 10 Copperhead Merkins to start us off and get the first 10 out of the way

Mosey over to the football field and line up on the goal line. Once all the PAX are on the line, YHC says go and the PAX will sprint to the 50yd line and knock out 10 Merkins. We completed 6 rounds of this to get us to 70 total Merkins for the BD thus far.
Mosey over to the sideline where the benches are stationed and partner up. Partner 1 will run to the other sideline and back while Partner 2 works on knocking out the exercises. When Partner 1 completes his down and back, the partners will switch roles. The exercises were:
- 100 BBSU
- 125 Decline Merkins
- 150 Dips
- 200 Squats
Once that is wrapped up, take the long mosey back to the parking lot where the flag is staged. YHC and Cable Guy make it back first so we knock out 10 more merkins. By this point, we have around 155 merkins each.
Once all of the PAX had made it back to the flag, we moseyed over to one of the baseball fields. Everyone starts at home plate and will Bernie Sanders around the bases stopping at each base for 10 reps of some type of… you guessed it, some type of Merkin.
- 1st Base: Diamond Merkins
- 2nd Base: Wide Merkins
- 3rd Base: Ranger Merkins
- Home Plate: Shoulder Tap Merkins
That gives us 40 more Merkins. Head back to the flag and return to the flag right at time. In total everyone should have had between 175 – 195 Merkins.
