The Thang: Set the pace and keep it. In turn, each PAX led the way for 1/2 mile at a specific pace. Starting with Dandy at 10mn pace, C4 at 9mn pace, Aisle7  at 8mn pace, YHC at 7mn etc… each for 2 1/4 mile markers. Rinse & Repeat
