WARMUP: let the 2.0s try to lead a bit – warmed up with SSHs, weedpickers, tumbleweeds, Michael Phelps and Sun Gods
THE THANG: really just made it up as we went, started spelling SUMMER with different exercises, 25 or each then a lap. 2.0s tried to lead a game which failed miserably. Then moseyed back to the trail and did some summer trivia along the way. Came back and finished with some ring of fires
