WARMUP: Rucks on! Pick up that Sandbag!!!
THE THANG: Getting back to the roots of Safari. We rucked out to Hampton Station and throughout the subdivision, each taking turns carrying a 60lb sandbag, and back to the flag for a “rucktor pull”.
