WARMUP: Run to Xmas tree, stretch
THE THANG: Back to Precious, get the bags, onto the field. 4 exercises, run down field and back, then another Xmas tree loop stopping at the pull-up bars for a 1-min hang. Back to field, 4 sets of exercises down-and-backs, drop bags, run another mile, 3.5miles complete, 3 happy jacks to end.
