-(new ones) Finkel swings, tie figher lbc’s, baby tie fighter lbc’s, swaying al gores

THE THANG:
Part 1:
-11’s up and down the stairs at the pavilion
-the exercises were foxholes, and around-the-world-lunges
-audibled due to time (this one eats a lot of time!)

Part 2:
Run back to the Kratos parking lot, stopping at each light pole for 10 Carolina dry docks
–
Part 3:
-Rock, paper, scissors contest (each pax must find an opponent for each round)
-losers do 10 star jumps
-winners do a quick parking lot mosey
