Dropbox, Scarlet and I started our evening Tabata Style! We did 3 rounds starting with 5 exercises 25 times and reduced by 5 after each round. Also after each round we did a .70 mile loop around Woodstock City Church that included the mighty Mt. Killa-My-Lunga! We finished with:
W/Ruck 60 R Arm Lifts, 60 L Arm Lifts, 60 Skull Crushers, 60 Curls and 60 Ruck on Squats and 4 Trips up MT Killa-My-Lunga
After our workout we rucked down Ridge Trail, down Rope Mill Road, Main Street, and finally back to the Church. The total distance traveled was 5.25 miles.
