Mosey to front of Etowah HS (on way point out location of cowbell for future reference) to introduce PAX to Happy Jacks. Did 3 sets in cadence. Need to be familier before The Thang commences.
PAX instructed to do first exercise on wanky, start lap around full parking lot, mid-way there is cowbell, ring cowbell everytime you pass it. When PAX hear cowbell, they must stop what they’re doing, do 1 Happy Jack, then continue what they’re doing. PAX to ring cowbell does no Happy Jacks, just keeps running to complete lap and continue to next exercise.

Naked Man Moleskin:Put together this Q on way to The Apex today, glad I thought of the cowbell inclusion as it helped break up the monotony of the .25 Mile lap every time and trained you to hate the sound of the cowbell. Had a ruck sack at the ready for a tunnel of love ruck push but decided to shelf that idea for another Q as attendance was low for that move to be effective and fun. At one point Brady Bunch was on my heels trying to beat me to the cowbell, I heard the patter of his feet but never looked back. Fun stuff today in the wet gloom with my brothers. Maaco crushed it, definitely the gazelle.
