YHC asked on slack for a heavy sandbag a couple of days out. Gamber said he’d be there with a 60lber if he had time to fill her up, but we didn’t even get Gambler…

We started from the flag down Waleska and made a left into the Mill. Half way through the parking lot, we picked up Chops who said his “timing was off” this morning. We made our way to the fake grass at the Mill. Elevens were the prescription. Ruck off squat thrusters on one end and curls for the girls on the other. Zombie carry or rifle carry between. It was a little more than YHC bargained for, but we got it done. Nomad modified for his shoulder recovery. It was great to have him out this morning.

We recovered and started the trek back to the flag. Chops started to drive back, but short circuit reassured him he would drive him to the car after the COT. We got back to the flag a little past end time. Prayed for Nomad as his family deals with the possibility of an upcoming deployment. At Chops’ request, we prayed for a young man named Elijah Tucker as he is dealing with a serious unknown illness.

No coffee was had because Bonilla didn’t show. short circuit promptly left after COT, leaving Chops in the dust. Chops, did you ever get back to your car?
