pax stay together running the perimeter if the Vineyard performing exercises roughly every 1/4 mile. We got in over 3 miles.

Bernie Sanders up long incline

lunge walk

2 laps around parking lot

*threw a weighted vest on Tiny Tat to keep it interesting for him as we had him running at a slower pace than his norm.
