WARMUP: Mosey around the parking lot to pickup DrBeaker. Normal Warm-o-Rama with special edition Sun Gods!
THE THANG: Mosey to stadium with a quick stop at the front gate to acknowledge where we would NOT be doing prison pulls. Then headed to bleachers for a combined Manaconda with Bombs! Snake up / down bleachers and run around track to other side. When behind the goal post stop for Bombs (5/10/15/20/25 rep count). Then snake through opposite side bleachers. Got 2 rounds in. Next up was a mini Dora (50/100/150) with merkins, plank jacks, and squats. Start ar sideline and pax A does exercise while pax B runs to opposite sideline and back. Finished up with 10 prison pulls as we exited the stadium since OddJob asked 3 times throughout the beat down “what is a prison pull?”.
