The morning was a bit chilly, so we ran to Chat Tech to warm up. While we were there we did SSH, Imperial Walkers and Weed Pickers. Then we picked up some coupons from the drain at the bottom of the hill and did 11’s (Tricep Extensions and run to the other side of the parking lot and did Merkins)
We moseyed back to the amphitheater and did M.O.F.O.S.O.’s. Our starting point was at the base of the stage where I had some kettle bells and dumbbells. Each set of exercises was 25 each.
We ran to the left and up to the top of the stairs and did Merkins. Then we ran back down to the stage and did 25 overhead presses with a weight.
Then we ran up the stairs in the middle and did 25 Freddie Mercury’s. Then we ran back down to the stage and did 25 overhead presses with a coupon.
Then we ran up the stairs on the right and did 25 squats at the top of the right stairs. Then we ran back down to the stage and did 25 overhead presses with a coupon.

We finished in a COT and SurfNTurf was our “six man”.
