We circled up for the usual Windmill and Imperial Walkers followed by some sun gods and phelps-ing.
We went 100 – 10 with various exercises with a short loop in between, starting with 100 SSH down to 10 Burpees. We picked up the six then went back up doing only the even 10’s. (yes I know all 10’s are inherently even, we were using the first number, not the 0, so 20/40/60/80/100). We rapped it up right on time.
Prayers for Myiagis’s inlaws that will be (have probably already by the time I got around to writing this) left for home and will have to be quarantined for 2 weeks.
