We ran our happy asses over to the nice new parking lot for the new gym to do a little exploring. Once we made it to the farthest spot we Triangled up and did a few exercises.
1st we used the small penisulas as our markers and did escalating merkins, squats, & sit ups, starting with 5/10/15 and adding by 5 at each subsequent peninsula. Next we went to another spot in the parking lot and essentially did the same with burpees, squat jumps, and dry docks with our starting reps being 2/4/6 & adding by 2. Lastly we went to another spot and did the same with LBC, Flutters (kodiak of course), & SSH with the starting reps of 10/20/30 & adding by 10.
Next we did a little uneventful exploratory running and eventually made our way down to the parking lot by the LAX fields. We did a little snake pattern through the parking lot stopping at the end of each row to do 5 merkins & 10 Big Boys, before heading back to the flag. We made it back with about 60 sec to spare so we monkey humped until the time ran out.
