THE THANG: Started off with Prison Pulls. 30 reps and then run to fence and back. Got 4 rounds in for a total of 120 prison pulls. Headed into stadium for some laps on the track. Home side, bear crawl length of benches, far end of track (not the end zone but behind the goal post) 20 merkins, Visiting side duck walk the length of the benches, near end of track, do 20 BBSU. Got 4 laps in. Headed back out to front of stadium for some stadium stations. Station 1 – 20 SSH (Single Count) – sets cadence. Station 2 – plank jack AMRAP until relieved by PAX advancing from station 1. Station 3 – Squats AMRAP until relieved by PAX advancing from station 2. Got in two rounds before heading to flag.
