WARMUP: Mosey to the big field and then we knocked out a few strtechy exercises and some IC SHH and Copperhead Squats
THE THANG: 1 man suitcase carried the ruck, 1 man started running around the field, and the 3rd knocked out 25 merkins at the starting corner. When the 25 merkins were done that Pax ran to the carry Pax, grabbed the ruck and the othe Pax started to run. every time you got back to the starting corner you did a certain exercise before continuing.
We made a lot of laps around before heading back to the flag.
we still had a bit of time so we rotated thru dead hang holds, ruck hold OH and planks for a bit before goingnto the flag (area since we did not have a flag today)
