circle up, 20 SSH, 12 toe pickers, 20 side lunges


A taste of benches:

  • Find a bench, do a workout. At each station we did:
  • 5 burpees
  • 10 derkins
  • 10 dips
  • 10 star jumps
  • mary exercise
  • At the 6th one we inverted the count and did 10 burpees and 5 of everything else, sometimes taking burps to 5

mosey to bridge

mosey, stop to do burps and Merkins

run hills at heritage, burpees on top

run to workout area and get in pull-ups

run back to flag, doing exercises periodically as we go back

plank/core exercises at flag and BBS as well
