“The best laid plans of men often go awry”

After a Floppy Q on Monday & Tuesday, time for some Wood on Wednesday. Shooting for something really hard.

Creative: Try a bunch of cut-de-sacs I haven’t been to yet
Speedwork: Sprint/Tempo run with 2 minutes on, 3 minutes off
Assurance: The PAX should trust Q to keep from danger

PAX: “Ok, where is he? I know Homeboy will jump out of the woods any second with a Jason mask on. Manning will probably join him. Where are they hiding?! Around which corner?!! When will they jump out?!!!”

It was a great morning with the boys at the ‘hood. We ran the Grandmar loop backwards. We even got in some really “fun”(?) cul-de-sac’s that were new (to me) by adding The Cederhurst Hook and The Ridgemoor Sperm loop. 5-ish miles and only a minute or two late.

TCLAPS to Misty and Rest Stop training for the Rock-n-Roll Savannah Marathon next week. Good luck fellas! Impressed!!! Great to get to know Leaky, enjoyed the (no coffee) coffeteria. And thanks Yogi for sticking with me, pushing (pulling) me up the hills. Good luck in that 19-miler next month dude!

And no Jason, not this time, but you’ll never know when.
