THE THANG: Football Field Partner Relays – 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, 200 LBCs.  Partner runs to 50 yard line and Bernie Sanders back.  Mosey to outdoor cafeteria for 3 sets of 10 Dips and 10 Yellow Bar Pull Ups.  Back to football field for 2 sets of 10 Jump Squats and 10 Jack Somethings (1 Merkin, 4 Air Presses, 2 Merkins, 8 Air Presses, etc. to 10).  Sprint around the track.  Indian Run around the field, lead guy throws a football up in the air, back guy has to catch it.  No catch?  Burpees!  There were many Burpees this morning.
