YHC went with an old Q idea that started out weird but got better. Well, it be like that sometimes.
Warmed up, picked up the coupons, then headed to the parking lot with a tabata timer (75 seconds w 15 second rest) for each exercise below with a moving exercise in-between each exercise — ended up rinsing and repeating. All of the PAX were super excited to be there and loved the 90s hip hop/pop playlist.
