YHC missed The Redline for a few weeks because YHC had a boo boo on his knee. Wah, wah, wah. Suck it up. Best way to get motivated to get back out is to Q.

YHC wanted to get some vert gains in. Didn’t realize the pain that was planned.
Start- QT at the end of Sixes Road. NW on Sixes. Left on Gresham at the Racetrac. Follow Gresham all the way around the Aquatic Center and back up to Sixes. Left on Sixes for 3/4 mile. You will see a Do Not Enter sign in between two driveways. Turn around, and do it all in reverse.
The hill from Racetrac to the Wellstar building!!! It seemed to never end, and we got to do it twice.

Enjoyed getting back out to the Redline. Runners and ruckers alike enjoy this BD, so come on out on Sunday morning to get some miles in. Best 2nd F in the region. No question. We talked about waste management (not the kind in the body, murder, the PTSD from the Catbox, nutrition, the list goes on.
YHC took care of business before the start, so no potty breaks were needed. That’s a miracle, and YHC even setup the route so that we would pass the Racetrac on Sixes twice.
Gekko- went out STRONG for the first two miles. Said he regretted that decision pretty quickly. Pacing is stupid anyways.
Lucky Charms- We were 100% confident that he stopped behind the gas station directly across from QT to handle some business, but come to find out, he was just getting in some extra miles to hit that 10k mark.
Geek Squad- pushed YHC up all of those hills. It was appreciated. We even did some merkins together after the run because it’s Merkin May!!! He also told us how he somehow turned a $50 gift card into free food and a $100 gift card. Well done.
