THE THANG: Tabata 2 minutes work , 30 sec rest. Two sandbag stations , one ruck station , two wall stations , one kettlebell station . PAX choose their own move at each station . Wall stations were step-ups and dips. Later called an audible to do mary at those stations . PAX rotated clockwise during the rest time . Ending mosey to entry to TFD then to flag. Wind was strong , misting . Hard to stay warm but we made it .
