To start the day we did a new exercise routine that was given to me by my friend Nacho Libre from the Alpha (he’s one of the good ones), appropriately named (and hopefully soon added to the lexicon) Loaded Nachos. Loaded Nachos is a 1 – 4 workout like Jack Webb, but with 1’s of Pull-ups & 4’s of coupon curls (rucks & 25# plates). I hope you didn’t have a lot of plans for your arms later boys, because they are now useless.
Next, we partnered up so that we could utilize the wonderfulness that are benches. The goal was 1000 reps of Step-ups. One partner will hold a good Plank for as long as they can. When they could no longer hold the plank they switched with their partner who was doing the step-ups. All the way to 1000 step-ups. Hold yourself and each other accountable.
At 7:44 the decision and about 200 steps per group remaining, the decision was made by the group that since we combined with hurt locker, then so did our time, and because of this, we went until both groups finished the 1000 step-ups (about 5 minutes extra).
