YHC tried to drag on the WOR as long as possible to not miss any stragglers… more on that later

THE THANG:
1. Leap Frog the Street Lights
1/2 the PAX started with 5 HR Merkins. The other 1/2 moseyed to the first street light and did SSH until the others caught up. They moved on to the next street light for a rinse and repeat.
Total distance ~ 1 mile

Somewhere along the way we found Juilliard.

Coming back to the flag, we found Spider doing his own thing in the parking lot.

2. Raw Functional Training
Space of about 10 yards – down and back on each movement
– Bear Hold Crawl
– Duck Walk
– Buddha Hops (deep squat with a hop on balls of feet)
– Gorilla Side hops (sideways facing deep squat, place hands on ground in direction moving and hop your body to your hands)
