THE THANG:
– 4 laps around the field with 2 minute exercises after each lap.
1st lap: Merkins
2nd lap: squats
3rd lap: big boys
4th lap: plank

– Went to one end of the field and sprinted to the other end.
– Bennie back to the other end
– bear crawled to one end
– then 10 broad jump to 10 4 count mountain climber till made it back to flag.
