WARMUP: Mozy to the reformation green for various stretch related exercises.
THE THANG: 11s. Start with BBSU travel across the green ( each time across has to be done differently ) and Mike Tyson’s on the other side.
Mozy back to the amphitheater
Merkin station on one side of theater, squat jump station right before the stairs, top of the stairs is 2 burpees, head down the other stairs, bottom of stairs is flutter kicks, back by the theater is Carolina Dry Docks. 1rd 5 reps each spot, next rd 10 reps, then 15,etc… till time
