THE THANG: Started with Bring Sally Up Merkins. Most Pax held bottom for the first half of sound.
Mosied to field where we did 10 rounds of merkins x10 on one end and sprinted to the other for calf raises x20
Next we did three rounds of across the field with LBC x20 on one end and lunge to the shorter side across the field where we did overhead claps x40. Bernie back
Finished with a couple rounds of bear crawl across basketball court with squats x50
