YHC set up 3 cones for suicides up the ‘runway’ of aviation park. Each PAX choose different exercises to do 10, 20, and 30 reps (OYO) at each of the 3 respective cones. Exercises including but not limited too; squats, big boys, merkins, flutter kicks, etc. Downward Dog was feeling particularly evil and choose burpees.
we broke up the ‘monotony’ with some exercises on the benches, under the pavilion. (dips, durkins, box jumps, all the fun you can have on some picnic tables)
with a few minutes remaining YHC took advantage of his poor luck. Using a spare tire as a coupon one PAX rifle carried the coupon while awaiting PAX did squats, overhead claps, and lunges
