Intro: This is the first of many Q’s for YHC. The gloom was just right for a Ruck around Canton.
Rucking route: Started at the Gazebo and headed east out of the square on North St to East Main St, connected at Dr. John T Pettit St. Cut through Canton Village Shopping Center to railroad tracks. Hit pavement again at the corner of West Marietta and Railroad St. Headed east back to the square on Waleska, turned south on Academy St and East on Archer St. Turned north on Elizabeth St and stopped at Gazebo.
PT: 20 Squats with rucks on, 19 Side-Straddle Hops, 20 Flutter Kicks while holding rucks overhead, Dips at the Gazebo for the last two minutes to finish strong!!!
