Lunch bag or Slum Lord was supposed to have the Q, but both had early meetings so YHC came up with fun routine on the drive over. We hit some neglected muscle groups and focused on good form.
WARMUP: Mosey to get warmed up, then SSH, Windmills, toy soldiers and arm circles
THE THANG:
Station 1: Glutes
Lunges, bridge and single leg bridge with skull crushers in between
Station 2: Shoulders and calves
Overhead press, single arm press, Sideways crawl and merkins, calf raises
Station 3: Legs, chest, and triceps
Step ups, decline merkins, Bulgarian split squats, seated dips
MARY: 3 minutes of Mary to finish
