So today was the now famous “Rule of Three’s” workout as coined by the infamous Duggar! He was nowhere to be found as he was probably changing the 124th diaper of the week this morning but he was not forgotten!

WARMUP: Normal warm-o-rama (and yes, the sun gods were done in cadence).

THE THANG: Headed to the middle school base ball fields to escape the traffic where CMU’s has been strategically positioned. Additionally, there was a whiteboard with exercises and a blue tooth speaker (who knew!). We started at the top and proceeded down the list in a 30-20-10 fashion. In between each round we ran to the side of the school and back.

Whelp, Swisher made it back out during Kotter week and graced us with great mumblechatter. Lots of non-cult banter about high-priced weaponry, Swisher’s private life, and whatever “convivial” means! Good times this morning at Kodiak! We are blessed!
