YHC had the PAX line up in a straight line. The object was to have a continued line of passing the sandbags from one member to the next with out stopping. The two guys in front had no sandbags to begin with, we used 4 sandbags – when YHC said go we began passing the sandbags from left to right – the person at the end after getting rid of their sandbag had to move to the front of line to keep it in motion. It was a rough start – but soon enough we got in a rhythm. Lots of laughter and great mumble chatter. After this was completed we moved onto Escalators of 11s..
Escalators of 11s
3 Exercises were performed with a sandbag followed by 11s which will be merkins followed by carrying your sandbag to the light post and completing Copperhead Squats with your sandbag, then returning back to your starting position to begin the 3 exercises again. This will be done IC and in rotation. Rinse and repeat. 5-10-15-10-5-10-15-10-5-10
