WARMUP: Nope, no time for that.
THE THANG: Started with Hassie and YHC, YHC had to drop a 2 whilst Hassie rucked and gathered others (I.e., Spicoli and Hope) and then returned…meanwhile YHC was texting exercises with cadence from the stall. Then we walked around beautiful Downtown Canton, one of us 2.5 lbs lighter. We returned to the gazebo to the wonderful surprise of Eggplant waiting for us…with breakfast.
